Berry House
is set high above the village of Beer and has glorious views
over the village to the sea. It was built about 1908 and has
been extended to provide Beer View, a completely self contained
flat. A two storey cottage, New Nookies, has been built in the
garden to replace an earlier timber building. Both properties
are equipped to a ‘4 star’ standard and provide very comfortable
holiday accommodation. Because Berry House is on a hill side
both properties are approached by a number of steps. This makes
them unsuitable for anyone with walking difficulties and young
children, although those of twelve years and over, when
accompanied by adults, are welcome. Because pets already live at
Berry House visiting animals cannot be accepted.
